Job Description

Position Overview

  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Autodesk Pune, India. We are looking for Engineers who love finding efficient, scalable and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenges. As Full Stack Engineer you will work to deliver top quality Web and Cloud software.
Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level designs and implement high scalable web and cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, product designers, product managers, engineers to implement high-quality solutions
  • Take full ownership of feature and implement end to end solution as per directions / ideation done in collaboration with Senior Developers or Architects
  • Candidate should be able to ask right questions whenever given a new requirement, and be able to brainstorm it and map it to our architecture
  • Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
Desired Technical Skillset
  • Strong Hands-on in JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript, prototype based inheritance, scopes, variable and function hoisting, ES6 Standard, etc. Should be good at developing modular front-end applications
  • Preferred to have some familiarity with any one of the JavaScript frameworks viz. AngularJS, Angular, React, Vue, etc
  • Self-directed, willing to take initiative with minimal supervision, and hard heading about things like Mark Up quality, reusable CSS, coding standards and conventions
  • Should have basic hands-on knowledge of CSS3
  • Proficiency with either Java or Node.js
  • Clarity of Design Patterns as well as understanding of design paradigms in Cloud Services
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
  • Experienced in designing Rest APIs
  • Familiarity with writing UTs. Preferred if familiarity with any of the frameworks like Jasmine, Protractor, Jest, JUnit, etc
Desired Soft Skillset
  • Should have Strong Communication and Analytical skills
  • Should be able to clearly communicate complex technical nuances to Leads, Scrum Masters and be able to facilitate inter-team coordination
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Should be willing to continuously learn new technologies and driven to adopt best practises. Should be Passionate, adaptable, flexible, independent and self-motivated individual who take initiative and ownership of projects are desired
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college
  • 2+ Years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer
