Are you an experienced and motivated software engineer Do you enjoy creating meaningful solutions and making a real difference with your work Were looking for an IT Tech Engineer to: engineer, test and integrate Microsoft O365 Collaboration services such as Yammer, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and MS Teams. take the lead responsibility for the Yammer service providing SME level knowledge and experience engineer and integrate third party software as required for functionality and migrations. engineer, test and support migration solutions for moving Connections content to Yammer. provide escalation support to manage incidents from analysis to resolution develop and document technical solutions from analysis to production release work in different roles across the solution lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, integration, development, testing, support, etc) partner with other IT teams to enable and drive deployment and adoption of O365 Collaboration solutions.Your teamYoull be working in the Global O365 Collaboration Solutions team, providing services to all UBS users around the world, leveraging O365 services such as Yammer, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, Power Platform and custom apps. As a software engineer you will play an important role in the transition of UBS collaboration solutions from on premise to O365 and Azure, creating and integrating governance and automation and in developing business application services., several years of solid experience as a software engineer, and within financial services is a plus deep knowledge and experience in design, configuration and administration of Yammer, SharePoint and related software experience with large-scale implementations including high-availability and disaster recovers. migration experience on premise and with O365 is a plus. strong skills with PowerShell and other batch processing languages. very good documentation skills for architectures, designs, test plans, test cases, and other artifacts. great analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (you know how to figure stuff out) a strong desire to keep learning, adapting and growing.You are: an excellent communicator, in person and using conferencing technologies with a diverse and global team a self-starter, comfortable creating solutions independently or collaboratively a multi-tasker, well organized and thrive in a dynamic environment, always learning new things collaborative in nature, willing to share ideas, debate solutions and achieve consensus fluent in English, both spoken and written proactive and creative (and you love making a difference)
