Role summary
Contribution to development framework and design and to be able to sell ideas/thoughts at an elevated pitch and convince broader groups.
Get deeply involved in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development
Responsible and accountable for execution of product roadmap as per the plan.
Resolve technical blockers with high efficiency with minimum escalations
Ability to share progress report with stakeholders on a regular basis and to be able to quantify quality at all stages of SDLC
Coordinate with multiple teams for deliverables (on shore and off shore) to ensure timely delivery.
Train team members with domain and technical knowledge
Be a part of overall solution to any problem
