To succeed in this new key role, you will have minimum of 10 years of previous experience of a senior role; leading global, multi-site R&D in an international/virtual/matrix environment, ideally both product and digital service. You will be comfortable with managing a large scale high availability platform and you also have an experience of Lean and Agile leadership, methodologies and frameworks combined with several years of leadership experience.On the technical side, you have a deep understanding and hands-on experience of software development and you feel passionate about it. You will enable the delivery of software and services and solutions for both corporate customers and end-user on mobile and web channels, leveraging public cloud and key partners. You are comfortable reviewing code and discussing with SW Developers, and also discussing SW architecture with our SW Architects. You recognize that solution s end-user experience needs seamless co-operation between HW and SW domains. You are comfortable on building the bridge between these domains. You realize the life cycle differences between HW and SW and understands its effects on our ways of operation.
