  • Development and Production Support CR Development from Impact assessment to Post Deployment normalization
  • Root cause analysis of production issues and process failures
  • Quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Automations on atomIQ SRE Platform for all Toils related to recurring issues or avoiding manual efforts
  • Lead the customer interactions and help the team members in production issues
  • Meeting challenging SLAs/KPIs
  • Achieving productivity & Quality targets
  • Lead from front by being part of decision making
  • Collaborate with other CR teams in reviewing Impact Assessments and providing suggestions from Operational perspective
All you need is.
  • 6 to 8 years of working knowledge on Amdocs Ensemble backend applications, primarily Billing
  • Very good understanding of Ensemble E2E flow
  • Excellent knowledge in C/COBOL, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
  • Good Communication, Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Complete Understanding of SDLC, Agile and Scrum Methodologies
  • Let s Make IT Happen attitude
  • Zero defect mindset in any CR development
  • Contribute to Team spirit, team learning, team productivity and enjoys teaching/mentoring others
  • Ability to work both independently and in various team settings
  • Ability to cope with ambiguous situations, work under pressure and be flexible in work hours
  • Must be able to work in coordination with various stake holders and also independently.
