Software Principal EngineerThe Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Here s what we are looking for with this role:Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development efforts
  • Collaborates well with other engineers and other engineering groups, voluntarily shares information.
  • Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives, without appreciable direction.
  • Understands and adheres to cost/delivery/quality targets established during the program design phase.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional and/or global teams, readily shares information with others.
Experience:
  • BE, B Tech (any stream), M. Sc (Electronics, Computer Science), M.C.A
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in coding.
Essential Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Storage or Data Protection domain
  • Proven hands-on experience in leading development for secure and enterprise applications in Java, NodeJS or GOLang
  • Ability to write high-performance, reusable code and Testable for components using Java, NodeJS or GOLang
  • Experience of developing and/or using REST APIs.
  • Experience of Redis or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience writing unit test.
  • Experience of developing SaaS based application.
  • Experience of AWS and Azure cloud.
  • Experience of Microservice Architecture.
  • Experience of relational database concepts.
  • Experience of version control, bug tracking systems (Git, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication skills
Desired Competencies
  • Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular is a big plus
  • Knowledge of scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development or Behavior-Driven Development
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkin.
  • Knowledge of Test Automation.
EducationBachelors or masters in Computer Science engineering.,
