Medlineis seeking a software quality analyst with five or more years ofexperience. This software quality analyst must be self - motivated , inquisitive , and detail oriented with the ability to achieve deadlines whileworking effectively within a team environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop , document andmaintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data , datavalidation , and scripts. Execute the planand manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are metand that the solution works as expected. Perform testing interms of functionality , performance , reliability , stability and compatibilitywith other legacy and / or external systems. Create andmaintain automated test scripts. Ensure that everyphase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potentialissue is identified and fixed before the product goes live. Backend databasetesting in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procedures , jobs and triggers. Accurately assessimpact of software defects. Ensure thatvalidated deliverables meet functional and design specifications andrequirements. Adhere to ISDepartment policies best practices. Work successfullywithin an iterative SDLC environment. Skills/ Experience: Required: 4 year Graduationdegree or Post graduation in Software (MCA / MCS / MCM) Minimum 5 years ofexperience designing and executing test cases within a C# .NET environment. Minimum 1 year experienceusing an automated testing system such as Coded UI , Selenium , NUnit , TestStudio , etc. Experience developing automated test cases using Coded UI will bea plus. Experience testingWeb applications (preferably developed using ASP .Net). Ability totranslate technical requirements into functional test plans. Ability to focuson deadlines and deliverables. Must be highlymotivated and dependable with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently as a self - starter and within a team environment. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing , complex environment.,
