Job DescriptionUnderstand the current Onbase and K2 environments and Leads the effort for Development, support and sustenance activities for Onbase and K2.The responsibilities of the Individual would include:Technical Lead for Onbase and K2 Development and support/ sustenance activitiesUnderstand business required and propose solutions with right approach, design and right technologyGood in terms of providing different solutions and as per need decide on technology, approach, designGood decision making capabilities on technology and solutioning frontShould have expertise working on K2 workflows, onbase process and relevant integrationShould be able to lead and guide/ review Dev team work to execute projectsProvide inputs to the system administrator personnel on how to go about with patching, maintenance workPeriodic review of work done on Sys admin and Dev frontMonitor and guide as how response to tickets, resolution on tickets can be closed fasterLiaise with infrastructure team along with Sys adminon applications maintenance and development activities on Onbase and K2.Analyze current landscape and provide recommendations for future with respect to Onbase and K2Ensuring compliance to governance Process/ ProceduresReporting and monitoring (Weekly Status); risk management; issue management; quality assurance and change management.Transition and handover once the project is complete.Building professional relationships with the team and collaborate.Be Quality, Schedule and Cost conscious. Working on a critical Time bound project.Demonstrate good communication, both orally and in writing.Skills / Experience:Required:10+ years of experience working as Dev/ Technical Lead5+ years of relevant experience on Onbase, K2 and relevant technologiesGood experience leading Onbase or K2 applications from the technical perspective along with overall leadership experience leading such teamsExperience in designing, developing, maintaining Onbase and K2 projectsUnderstanding of how workflows are build using K2, understanding of security modelsGood programming experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to troubleshoot and support critical issues along with the teamOwn project deliverables and execution along with the team as per planDesired Skills:Exposure to Sharepoint and Project Web Application.Experience with Agile, or Agile- based development methodologiesSoft skillsHighly motivated and dependableExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to work independently with minimal inputsAbility to communicate strongly and influence without authorityRequired Skills10+ years of experience working as Dev/ Technical Lead5+ years of relevant experience on Onbase, K2 and relevant technologiesGood experience leading Onbase or K2 applications from the technical perspective along with overall leadership experience leading such teamsExperience in designing, developing, maintaining Onbase and K2 projects Understanding of how workflows are build using K2, understanding of security models Good programming experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to troubleshoot and support critical issues along with the teamOwn project deliverables and execution along with the team as per plan,
