Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Lead pre-sales activities support to customers and partners globally.
  • Work with Customer or System integration partners to architect, solution, and support implementation of large-scale digital identity and access management (IAM)solutions preferably CIAM.
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering team to build demos, solutions
  • Interact with clients and working along with client teams in an onsite as well as off site environment.
  • Facilitate business development through executing responses to RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposals).
  • Be the key lead for strategic engagements with clients, vendors, partners and creating a road map for IAM Projects.
  • Design and conduct workshops onsite/online for multiple projects to enhance client engagement and deep technical integrations
  • Independently manage end-to-end project deliverables, which also include customization, configuration, designing and development of IAM Solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions on IAM Technologies and independently drive proof of concepts.
  • Perform regular support activities to ensure operational excellence, including monitoring, advanced debugging, troubleshooting, problem resolution and interacting with technology & SI vendors globally.
  • Create white paper and other customer document as & when required
  • Opportunity to provide valuable thought leadership about digital identity & IAM through whitepapers, blogs, etc.
Knowledge and Skills Required: We would want the candidate to have the knowledge and skills as described below.
  • Self-driven, hacker mindset and hands-on to build demos or customer presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills
  • Well-versed with IAM, identity, security, DevOps, cloud-native concepts and architectures.
  • Experience in carrying out advanced application integration with the IAM solution dealing with enterprise or preferably customer identity, workflows, single sign-on, MFA, etc.
  • Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
  • Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAM integrations using Java, .Net , React, Node, or other major scripting languages Experience in hands-on development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.
  • Possess deep subject matter expertise on Identity and access management / IAM (Forgerock, Okta, Ping, Auth0 etc.) and Assessments, Design, Architecture and Implementation of large-scale Identity and access management projects.
  • Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS and GCP)
  • Delivery management, client relationship management, resource management, presales, responding to RFPs, proposals, etc.
  • Is self-motivated and has excellent collaboration skills cross-functionally with a global team.
  • Desire to lead, build and grow teams to support global pre-sales
Qualifications Education: Bachelor-level degree in Engineering Computer Science, Cyber Security,Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational or professionalexperience and/or qualificationsWork Experience: 5+ years experience in developing, implementing, and/or operating IAMsystem, digital identity verification, authentication, federation, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc.
