You will be responsible for executing and improving the best practices in regional partner sourcing., with the objective of acquiring e - commerce - affine partners for our various reward programs.As the ideal candidate for this role you will bring passion for negotiating and developing relationships with key brands, merchants and incentive houses across multiple product categories and a proven track record of growing business relations.What you will do

  • You will define the sourcing strategy for your region, create hunting lists and support acquisition of established and up - and - coming partners while securing a great partnership with existing stakeholders will be your focus.
  • You will actively grow our partner base, be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative closed marketplace solution to relevant distributors.
  • You will source new merchants with wide ranges of physical products, gift cards and other new digital content Through your acquisitions you will ensure that we can offer contemporary consumables according to the clients requirements.
  • You will develop and broaden collaborative relationships by identifying contacts who manage budgets in order to close large and exclusive deals.
  • Review sales & margin performance vs targets, and formulate action plans.
  • Develop a regional expertise on sales, catalog, pricing and merchant landscape to manage your business
What you will need
  • Bachelor s degree with 5+ years relevant Sourcing/Buying/Marketplace experience.
  • Wide category experience especially Digital Products, Electronics, Home & Garden, Luggage, Sports, Fashion Accessories etc.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, you have an entrepreneur mindset and hands - on mentality.
  • Experience in identifying, developing and closing commercial deals with merchants.
  • Experience in working with brands, distributors and incentive houses.
  • Experience maintaining strategic relationships with the supply base.
  • The ability to influence and work with cross - functional teams. Experience in an ecommerce environment.
