Job Description

    The Telemarketer will be responsible for generating leads for the Services division to be fed to our Business Development directors. A successful telemarketer must have critical thinking skills, be friendly, and persuasive; s/he must be tenacious, not easily discouraged but rather have the drive to find new ways to connect, even if s/he is not initially successful.Essentials duties:
    • Utilize company strategies to generate leads
    • Maintain records of all calls, emails, and leads and record any useful information
    • Make cold calls and send emails to prospective clients in identified market areas
    • Use scripts to provide information about company services and pricing
    • Follow up on previous leads for potential sales
    • Think outside the box to develop techniques to generate additional leads
    Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and focus on accuracy
    • Must be tenacious, using determination and persistence in the performance of duties
    • Able to effectively manage time
    • Ability to problem solve effectively
    • Proficiency in Google computer programs and company-specific systems and databases
    • Ability to exercise solid judgment including the handling of highly confidential information
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to function as a member of a team
    • Excellent American-English written and verbal communication skills
