Overview The Digital Marketing team team is looking for a Specialist to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role : Designing and implementing framework for data privacy and security compliance requirements aligned to existing and new regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PDP Performing internal and external assessment to identify data privacy risks and recommend remediation plan Liase with local and global privacy teams to create/modify cookie consent banners Work with website owners to get their site s cookie approved through a standard approval process Create and maintain a thorough cookie governance process and setup automated reports to highlight non-complaince of websites Create and maintain records of approved/unapproved cookies and accordingly guide website owners Work closely with Privacy, Site/Product owners, internal/external development team and support them in implementing cookie consent scripts All About You: Knowledge of fundamentals of web building components like HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery etc. Core knowledge of cookies, functionality and their types Experience working with cookie consent management tools like Evidon, OneTrust etc Experince working on web audit tools like ObeservePoint, Hotjar etc Experience working with tagging technologies (Like GTM, Adobe DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten) Stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation experience Be skilled at explaining technical problems briefly and clearly Corporate Security Responsibility:Every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
