Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business they were made just right for you.Job Purpose:Product Manager for Credit Cards who will be responsible for Customer Acquisition,Upsell & upgrade of Cards. Will be responsible to set up the End to End process till Card delivery.Key Accountabilities, KPIs and Job ResponsibilitiesFollowing are the key deliverables for the role where the candidate will assist his/her leader in achieving the aforesaid objective:1) Acquisition : Setup the end to end process for customer Acquisition.Work closely with the Technology team to build the customer journey from application process ,approvals with policy , bureau and scorecard checks, onboarding of card in system.Communicate and involve stakeholders for delivering on the projectClose customer communications processes at each step, adherence to regulatory guidelines.Work with the policy team to optimize throughput.Put in place robust process mechanisms to monitor and review end to end journey.2)Upsell & upgrade Will be responsible for Card upsell and upgrades to drive Paid cards penetrationSet up a tele-calling channel for upsell process including process checks, auditsDrive revenue generation through paid card through tele-calling process.Training on product parameters for tele-calling team.3) Card onboarding & activation Set up clear process for Card onboarding , system handshake between origination and card management system.Ensure card onboarding on card management system along with KYC checksCard and PIN despatch , RTO trackingDrive card activation through offers / digital channels4) Stakeholder & vendor management Setting up Outbound contact center for Upsell and partner management for the same.Ensure smoother launch & operations with strong stakeholder management.5) Regulatory compliance and assessmentEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines for acquisition , KYC , activation related parameters.Ensure regular audit of processes of partner.,
