We offer digital solutions and tools for better insights into your daily cash activity, transactions, and holdings with the ability to seamlessly integrate data from our system directly into your applications.As Foundational Services Product Owner, you will manage all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that are focused on managing all aspects of the project/program to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.A Successful Candidate will:
  • Support the vision, execution, measurement and outcomes for a product or functional area
  • Own the backlog of requirements to ensure that client and business needs are accurately reflected in the product development process.
  • Drive delivery of the backlog and outcomes with detailed understanding and close management of the backlog.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the roadmap and investment plan, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery.
  • Represents the product in governance and cross functional forums such as steercos or working groups
  • Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
  • Supports, develops, and improves the product development process, including adoption of agile ways of working.
Product Owner Qualifications / Skills:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum (ideally in a Jira tooling)
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Customer first / thinking mind set
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree and 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 3 years of project development experience
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
  • Preferred: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager
