This team provides various IMS services such as NOC, Patching, Monitoring. Technical support desk and a plethora of professional services covering disparate technologies.   • Qualification: Any Graduation
  • Experience: 6-8 years of work experience in project management in financial product/ services/ consumer facing Technology Company
  • As a ProjectCoordinator at Fiserv, you will be an integral member of the PMO responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, to scope and within budget and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • A successful Projectcoordinator at Fiserv will be hands-on, passionate about building a great product, obsessed with scalability and quality improvement, able to manage a fast paced delivery schedule and help drive product strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing it under the guidance of product team.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationAs a startup, we believe in flexibility and we give you the opportunity for all round development by allowing you to grow your skills at other roles as well.,
