Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : o Gather requirements for dashboard creation from ACN and client stakeholders o Implement data capture in Splunk o Create and manage alerts in Splunk o Develop and enhance reports and dashboards and review with all stakeholders o Manage user roles and provide access to Splunk reports/dashboards o Automate report/dashboard delivery via email o Create alerts based on the captured data o Must have experience on distributed Splunk Architecture o Must know how to use Splunk and set up data inputs o
      • Technical Experience : Experience of 2-3 years in splunk for Level 11, 3-4 for level 10, 4-6 years for Level 9 and 6 for Level 8
      • Professional Attributes : Similar professional experience in line with technical exp or highter, technical exp is more important
      • Educational Qualification : Any graduate
    • Additional Information : Splunk Power User certification is preferable
