    Title: Sr & Lead : Talent Acquisition SpecialistF2F interview Time : Tomorrow 3rd March & Saturday 4th March anytime between 12 pm to 2 pmDivision: DeliveryNo. of Positions: MultipleLocation: Bhumkar Chowk, Tathawade - Wakad, PuneRole SummaryAs aSr. / Lead - IT Recruiter, you will be a part of highperformanceIT Recruitment team responsible to build a strong delivery team by hiring, training & mentoring them to become productive and efficient, you will be responsible for full recruitment cycle to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our internal & external job openings.At HARP you will be the SPOC to our reputed IT clients, you will be taking the ownership of our delivery, by providing quality services on a given time frame to our clients. Being a single point of contact you will be gathering requirements from the clients, understanding the requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Cold Calling, Interviewing, Pre and Post Offer Follow up etc.This is going to be the people management as well as individual contributor role. Our Ideal Candidate
    • You are strong Recruitment Leader with extensive knowledge and expertise in End to End IT Recruitment.
    • You have demonstrable success in delivering quality sourcing at lateral level hiring by managing various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • You have solid ability to conduct genuinity check of the candidate.
    • You set ambitious targets and inspire others to pursue goals. You generate excitement and motivate your team to deliver that support our organizational goals. You excel at clearly mapping a plan to reach our strategy. At the same time, you are willing to get into the details and create well-defined measurements and milestones that are critical to success. You put the client and their expectation at the heart of what you do.
    • You model accountability and set up measurements and metrics to continually evaluate and improve performance. Written and verbal communication are among your greatest strengths.
    • You are a highly effective leader who is successful at building and sustaining professional relationships at all levels of an organization.     Experience and Qualifications
    • Prior experience leading IT or NON-IT Recruitment Team
    • good to have experience in leadership including Team Handling/People Management
    • 1 + Years of experience in client management
    • 1 + years of hands experience in End to End Recruitment
    • Exceptional oral and written skills
    • Created operational roadmaps and driven its implementation
