Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for execution, governance, team support oversight
    • Interact with stakeholders and project teams to prepare and publish project scope, objectives, project plan and develop detailed work plans and status reports
    • Ensure delivery of expense audits and functional support within dynamic service levels
    • Ensure audit functions are delivered per compliance to Fiserv Corporate T&E policy
    • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of corporate policies and their alignment to local statues of various countries
    • Report out on offences to stakeholders and communicate on expense policy compliance needs to offenders
    • Accurate and timely responses to expense reimbursement questions via phone and emails
    • Interface with corporate Credit Card issuing banks on various day-to-day transactional issues
    • Understand, identify, investigate, research and resolve various T&E issues
    • Maintain excellent working relationships with team members and stakeholders
    • Provide ideas/inputs on improvement opportunities/initiatives
    • Be proactive and report issues well in advance
    • Perform random dip-stick checks of audited expense reports to evaluate the quality of service
    • Ensure readiness and success of the operations in the statutory and compliance audits
    • Anticipate operational issues, develop preventive measures and execute solutions
    • Interface with HR, Finance & Technology groups for resolving issues
    • Participate and contribute meaningfully in governance meetings
    • Perform SAP Concur Admin functions
    • Perform ERCCA Admin functions
    • Perform corporate card program admin functions
    • Perform monitoring and tracking of frauds and disputes lifecycle on corporate cards
    • Perform spend reporting, data mining and analytics via Cognos and card spend data
    • Identify, investigate, research and resolve complex financial reconciliation issues
    • Identify risks, analyze impact and help prepare mitigation strategies
    • Interact with frequent and premium users of Corporate Services for feedback and improvement suggestions
    • Support the implementation of process and system improvements / automation / simplification / enhancement initiatives
    • Collaborate with Corporate Systems to discuss, plan, test and execute system enhancements
    • Prepare and share operational metrics reports with relevant stakeholders
    • Plan, design and deliver awareness programs for users/approvers/delegates
    • Ensure maintenance of CBTs / SOPs / Process Flows / Training Guides
