  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing medium to large application teams
  • Good knowledge of financial industry
  • Up to date knowledge on recent Digital technologies and Frameworks (Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Spring, React, REST etc.)
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in supervising/managing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience handing agile teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross functional collaboration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Change management experience is a plus
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least four, typically six or more years of related experience as a project team member of which at least one year was in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Is a technical expert with in-depth knowledge in area of expertise and strong knowledge of other areas. Understanding of team leadership, business practices and their application to effective project management. Strong analytical, communication and technical skills.,
