Job responsibilities of the positioninclude: Working with business users and ITstakeholders. Provides support for SAP Sales anddistribution and related interfaces or modules. Monitor the health of the system and resolveany system or transaction related errors. Extend assistance in resolution of systemerrors, user issues, and data processing and change requests. Work closely with application &development teams to meet business needs Escalates urgent problems requiring morein- depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Teamplayer. Skills/ Experience: Required: 6- 9 years of experience in SAP SD area including S4 HANA and ECC versions. Should have thoroughunderstanding of all components in Order to Cash process. Well versed withall the configurations related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, delivery and billing. Should have workedon multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements gatheringto Production deployment. Should have worked on one End- to- End implementationproject. Expert analytical skillswith problem identification and resolving ability Enthusiastic outlook withaffinity to quickly learn new things. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with ability to liaison with all stakeholders. Team player with effectivecoordination with other employees BE, BTECH or MBA with major in Sales /Marketingfrom a premier institute. Preferred Skills: Have undergone a certification program fromSAP or SAP partners. Working knowledge on VISTEX moduleand S4 HANA. Ability to understand ABAPcode and be conversant in debugging.,
