Job Description

Some of the roles and responsibilities

  • Cross verify and update data in Logistics systems
  • Inbound coordinators, scheduling appointments and working rush receiving
  • Inventory control coordinators, resolving issues and doing research.
  • Follow defined process check reports to identify action items
  • Identify workflow processing errors and take corrective actions
  • Identify trends and report to Vendor EDI Support for correction
  • Reconcile Invoice adjustments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Office timings from 10:30/ 11:30 am to 7:30/8:30 pm IST

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in providing offshore based data maintenance and analysis services for US/ International clients
  • End user experience on any major Enterprise application system (SAP will be preferred)
  • Mid-level MS Excel skills (including sorting, filtering, pivot table)
  • Critical Analytical thinking
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills. The team members will have to interact daily with the US teams on Tasks
  • Self-driven work ethic: ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proven capability of consistently completing allocated tasks before deadlines and as per requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Work experience in Logistics/ Shipping/ Transportation/ Warehousing domains
  • Skills in Math & Statistics

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
  • Preferred: BE, BSC, MBA with specialization in Maths/ Statistics/ Operations
