Sr. Business Development Executive / BDM - Nembono Media Sr. Business Development Executive / BDM Sr. Business Development Executive / BDM Experience: Minimum 1 year / Freshers can also apply Qualification: Graduate / PG Languages: Hindi, English, Any International Language would be an added Advantage Location: India, Pune Strong Experience in Customer/Client Handling. Experience in B2B/B2C/Corporate Sales. Exposure to IT Service/Outsourcing/Staffing Industry. Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention. Responsible for New Client Acquisition and Existing Client Retention. Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from existing clients/ new Responsible for Identifying expanding opportunities with clients customer retention. Responsible for Customer Success management Responsible for Marketing, Company Branding and PR Activities. Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets. Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally. Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team. Prepare present weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Business reviews to client management. Should come up with out of the box ideas and strategies to generate more business Should create and manage the database, plan marketing collaterals, website content, presentations, brochures and establish right contacts. Should possess an excellent command over verbal/written communication, good presentation skills, interpersonal skills and convincing skills. Should be well proficient in English and other popular foreign languages and be ready to travel anywhere according to business requirements whenever required. Should be highly skilful in strategising different channels to reach out the key decision makers and establish contacts. Should possess sufficient knowledge on the modern marketing and sales techniques pertaining to social media and online channels, and make full use of them to bring in business opportunities ,
