Do NOT apply if youre not fully hands-on in E2E Chatbot implementationMust have experience in managing the infrastructure of chatbot which includes Docker, VSI Machines, Mongo DBThis is a stakeholder facing role demanding effective communication skills, and ability to provide regular technical demos to stakeholders throughout Process discovery, POCs, and project implementation phases as neededMust be able to provide accurate development estimation on the new requirements, well-versed with all phases of Chatbot development, well experienced in troubleshooting chatbot issues, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels like Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Web Application & Windows based applications as well as in integrating chatbot across applications.Should be experienced in maintenance and support of already developed chatbot/workflows, continuously monitor performance, create effective Test Plan/Test framework for improved quality, define strategy for service improvement, re-training of chatbot as needed, and prepare usage metrics reportUse Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applicationsExperience on developing the forms in HCL Leap application is highly desirable along with deploying the HCL Leap application packagesWell versed in API tools/technologies and related topics: REST, API Gateways, API authentication, Postman, and Collection RunnerShould be a self-starter with excellent presentation skills, analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking skills. Should be flexible with an attitude to quickly learn & deliver on new technologies in other areas of Automation in generalMust have basic knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, BitBucket and ServiceNow as well as Agile/DevOpsGood to have knowledge / Experience in RPA using UiPath,
