Job Description

This role will support North America and must be willing to work shifts to provide accurate coverage throughout the North America time zones. The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to new and existing EFI customers. This position requires an ambitious self-starter. The ideal candidate will have the skills indicated below, complimented with excellent written and verbal communication. Resolving customer issues requires good listening skills and the ability to understand investigate and recreate issues locally. The ability to translate information into our internal systems, in a detailed and meaningful way, is of great importance in this position. As a member of the EFI Web2Print Support team, your goal will be to provide outstanding support to our customers.Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering required
  • 3-5 years experience in IT environment
  • Knowledgeable of Web Application Development Frameworks
  • Solid Understanding of Web Development HTML5/CSS3
  • Hands-on experience SSO and Active Directory
  • SSL installation
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostics Servers and ASP.NET, Firewalls
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio and related scripting
  • Understanding of XML
  • Detail-Oriented / Keen Attention to Details
  • Manage and Prioritize Multiple Projects
  • Self-Starter Attitude and Self-motivated
  • Strong Problem Solver
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to clearly document processes and solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow tasks from inception through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Team player
Preferred skills:
  • 5-7 years experience in IT environment
  • VDP background
  • Printing experience
  • Prepress experience
  • Online print shop admin experience (E-commerce)
  • Prior work with the OPS System or other web-to-print system
  • Work with Cross Media (PURLs, email blasts)
