Job Description

  • To receive, respond and provide solution to the Breakdown calls from customer
  • To involve / guide customer in troubleshooting process with respect to
    • Pneumatic / Hydraulic circuits of machines
    • Linear slide assembly
    • Geometrical dimensions critical to achieve proper function / quality of components produced
    • Spindle assembly
    • Conveyor based system
    • Indexing table assembly
    • Pick & Place mechanism
to resolve the issues
  • To provide support by either sending ref. assembly drawings to customer / onsite visit to customer place
  • To be able to carryout troubleshooting of electrical wiring / sensor setting / handling of Robots etc.,
  • To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines
  • To prepare detailed planned maintenance activities of the machines to ensure uptime
  • To involve in commissioning, testing and trial run of machines at customer location
  • To establish acceptance norms for the machines considering the international standards with respect to mechanical system design considering safety to operating personnel
