Job Description

    Company Location: PuneEducational Qualification: ME / M Tech (Mechanical Engineering) full time from reputed institute.Experience (in years): 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience in FEA using ANSYS suiteNature of Experience:
    • Strong working experience of ANSYS workbench and AnsysAPDL for FEA simulations.
    • Candidates should have hands- on experience with various structural analysis types such as elastic, elastic-plastic, fatigue and optimization etc.
    • Candidates should have at least 2 years of expertise in all kinds of vibration analyses viz., modal, harmonic and random analyses of the mechatronic systems.
    • Candidate should be able to perform acoustic analysis with close cooperation with project/ testing team.
    • Candidate should be able to perform all kinds of heat transfer analyses of PCBs level as well as system level.
    • Should have good expertise in handling complex assemblies of the electronics products and PCBs.
    • Candidate should have very good knowledge in FEM theory, CFD, numerical methods and fluid mechanics.
    • Should have experience in providing design suggestions and recommendations based on FEA/CFD analyses results.
    • Experience in interpreting and FEA results, post- processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports
    • Expertise in 2D/ 3D FE modeling techniques for electromechanical products having plastics and composites.
    • Experience in new product development (NPD) demands, interfacing with sales & marketing teams for customer-oriented requirements.
