CHA, AIR FREIGHT, SEA FREIGHT, ETC. Understanding customers requirement, negotiating, quotation, follow and finalize the contract and collections. Would handle sales and as well as do development of branch. Sales and business development of existing & new customers Customer Retention & Customer Service Take care of entire sales process from identifying customers, setting up appointments, making initial calls, to finally closing of deals, servicing and retaining existing customers and achieve given targets Follow up for payment & outstanding collection Meeting existing customers and developing new customers Co-ordination with office, warehouse and CHA for details and information. Achieve targets, revenue building. Good enough experience FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES, INTERNATIONAL MARKETING, EXPORT IMPORT LOGISTICS.
