    Hiring Sr. Executive Retail Health Underwriting for non life insurance co in Mumbai / Pune salary 6 lakhhidden_emailwww.hyfly.inDesignationSr. Executive Retail Health UnderwritingGradeM2Purpose of roleRetail Health ,PA & Travel Underwriting .handling pre-policy activitiesJob Profile1) Underwriting of individual health ,PA & travel (retail & corporate)proposals :a)Scrutiny of Retail Health ,PA ,Travel proposals and Group Travel proposals referred ,by branches within TATb)Underwriting of proposals referred by branches & updating the branches on the acceptance or declinature of the proposals within TATc)Manual review &policy issuance and endorsements -scrutiny of the proposals & further issuance of policies beyond the authority limit of the branchd)Underwriting on non disclosures frauds referred by claims &cashless department /branches .Tracking of such cases with branches to avoid further underwriting of bad proposals .e)Resolutions to be worked out within the TAT for customer complaints referred by local customer care centre / referred by HO-customer care center/walk ins .f)Daily uploading & downloading of the data related to health proposals from IRDA portal & further underwriting of these proposals within TAT .g)coordinating with other insurers in case any queries regarding data on portal .h) Comparison of Products2)Communicationsa)Handling queries regarding retail health & travel underwriting ,of Internal & external customers telephonically & through mailsb)Training the new team members & Pan India branches ,intermediaries -product information , underwriting & pre-policy processes .c) Co-ordination with internal departments3)Pre-policy :a) Monitoring of Pre-policy test advice and Diagnostic center empanelments.b)Empanelment of Diagnostic centers & follow up for retaining the good diagnostic centersc) Monitoring regular MISJob RequirementsGood communication skillsProficient in MS office.Experience of 2 years in Health insuranceMedical Professional (BAMS/BHMS /BDS)
