This team, serves the needs of our India customers for Design, Installation and commissioning of AAQMS, CEMS & Process Monitoring stations. The teams is truly pivotal to delivering on our promises of quality, Innovation and contribute to the success of our business in India and across the world.Role & Responsibilities Role Purpose: - The role seamlessly integrates the Commercial Operations into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. It requires candidate to have business acumen to understand the customer requirement and work through organizational challenges to meet or exceed the customer expectations and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders. Also in addition to customer management, this role demands close collaboration with all stakeholders and factories to ensure revenue goals are met and regular MIS is shared with all stakeholders to keep them apprised on achievement.Responsibilities: Order Management

  • Timely processing of customer orders including follow up with all stakeholders & customer to clear order for further processing
  • Own the customer orders from receipt to fulfilment for resolving challenges in its execution
  • Ability to communicate openly with customer and other stakeholders from order acknowledgement to shipment acceptance as well as inter functional communication
  • Sound understanding of commercial documentation such as Letter of Credit, Bank guarantees, Inco-terms etc to help customer fulfil the obligations for timely order execution
  • Expert in customer relationship management and other customer centric initiatives
  • Understanding of Advance license opening and registering contract of PAC.
  • Should understand documents required for GST filing.
  • Understanding of business processes and revenue cycle with drive to meet the business goals in
challenging environment
  • Conduct regular reviews of backlog orders, share updates with commercial teams and customers to maximizing revenue.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Ensure customer complaint are been tracked and updated accordingly.
Inventory Management:
  • Should have fair understating on inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of products to meet customer demand.
  • Ability to work with stores team and circulate the MIS reports on inventory with stake holders.
Procurement:
  • Should have understating of Procure to Pay Process.
  • Ensure the vendor PBG and ABG drafts are vetted on time
Analytics and Metrics:
  • Provide KPI reporting on supply, inventory and supply chain costs to include customer service, plan vs. actual, inventory (SM / NM), and new product introductions
  • Planning and managing the projects, ensuring completion of assignments within time and budgetary parameters.
Candidate Requirement: Education & Experience levels:
  • Bachelors in Commerce
  • MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain is preferred
  • 3- 5 years of Experience post qualification
Knowledge Required:
  • Hand on working knowledge of SAP SD & MM Module
  • Local Taxes and import Duties
  • INCO & payment terms
  • MIS and Analytical tools
  • Microsoft office 2nd level Excel competency & Power point
Skills:
  • Hand on working knowledge of SAP SD & MM Module
  • Experience in Client management to consistently improve performance and quality
  • Monitoring and controlling key metrics like on time Delivery, back order, order lead Times, fill rate /first pass fill.
  • Should have strong numerical ability.
  • Innovative and ability to take challenges.
  • Good analytical skills
