Job Description

It leverages IoT, machine learning, artificial intelligence, smart communications, cloud computing, analytics, and data science techniques to accelerate digital adoption and turn Industry 4.0 into a business reality.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Firmware developer, with expertise in embedded firmware design, firmware architecture, and documenting specific processes and procedures. He / She should work as a Lead Developer, technical resource, and mentor to junior developers.Mandatory Skills
    • Programming in Embedded C, C++ & GNU toolchain
    • Excellent theoretical & practical embedded firmware design skills ARM cortex-M.
    • Implementation on device drivers: Serial, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, USB,
    • Theoretical & practical knowledge of TCP/IP protocol over Ethernet & Wi-Fi.
    • Conversant in IoT with Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi chipsets, LoRa & RF modules, with MQTT protocol, encryption and secured (SSL, TLS) transfers.
    • Collaborating with hardware engineers and proven knowledge of electronic microcontroller circuitry and signals. Should be able to read circuit diagrams.
    • Skilled in conceptualizing and implementing complex algorithms required industrial control and automation.
    • Unit and Integration testing, performance measurement, Debugging and analysis of the assigned issues, Re-engineering of existing code for reuse with required modifications and associated unit/integration testing & Activities associated white box testing, unit testing, board diagnostics for hardware platforms
    Desired Candidate ProfileSkills And Qualifications
    • Must have an excellent understanding of Embedded design life cycle, new product development process & experience of working with global teams.
    • Expert in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets using test & measurement equipment like Digital Oscilloscope, Protocol Analyzer, etc.
    • Familiarity with version management tools like SVN or Git and Bug / Defects tracking systems.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as good presentation skills
    • A willingness to learn is critical.
    • Bachelors / Master s degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation
    • Engineering or M. Sc. Electronics / Instrumentation with relevant experience of 5 to 8 years for embedded firmware development.
    Good to have skills
    • Capture and draft firmware application requirements for the projects.
    • Proficiency and Experience in RTOS based applications
    • Develop high-level and detailed design, unit / module test cases, simulators, test plans & reports.
