The team you ll be joining is the Infinity IdP team, which focuses on FIS identity and access management that is used to provide authentication, authorization and single sign-on to hundreds of applications serving millions of customers.GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops, enhance and maintain the performance test scriptsWork in an agile environment to conduct performance testing for Java based Web application to identify performance bottlenecksHands on experience on total system performance, reliability and scalability.Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.Controls and manages own daily test activities.Other related duties assigned as needed.Troubleshoot and Identify the bottlenecks in the applicationShould be conversant with identifying best practices for performance testing areaEDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESKnowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software performance testingExperience with tools like: JMeter, NMon (or any server monitoring tool), Dynatrace (APM), LoadRunner.Should have knowledge on at least one application servers like apache-tomcatShould have knowledge about / work experience on Unix environment Knowledge and use of performance engineering skills, tools and technology Knowledge of primary database with a ability to write SQL queries to be used for data validation, data update and troubleshooting Should have working knowledge on performance testing of Java applications Knowledge of OOPs concept, techniques and principles with experience in at least one object-oriented language Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs, requirements Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded Ability to deliver results under pressure Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors and publicWhat we offer you
