Job Description

Skills

  • Microsoft Teams - High Level and Low-Level design, build, test and migration experience from Skype for Business and non-MS UC solutions.
  • SBC design, r elevant experience with Ribbon , AudioCodes and other Microsoft Support SBC s .
  • Video Interop for MS Teams .
  • Microsoft Skype for Business - On-prem and hybrid, Enterprise Voice, Conferencing, Mobility.
  • Skype for Business Online - Experience in design, build and test.
  • Exchange UM and Azure voicemail design.
  • Skype Room Systems - build, configuration, monitoring and management.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years industry background
  • MSCE certification
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Design related background
  • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and design excellence.

OTHER

  • O365 - design, migration, co-existence, security and compliance.
  • PowerShell scripting.
  • Active Directory - configuration, admin, integration.
  • Azure AD, Azure AD Connect and ADFS
  • SharePoint - infrastructure design/deploy/ migrate.
  • Hands-on experience with: Legacy Windows OS/ Windows services/ SQL Server.
  • Backup/Disaster recovery.

Certifications (Desirable but not a must)

  • SOF / Practical guidance for Voice (highly desired)
  • Deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork MS-300
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals MS-900
  • Core Solutions of Microsoft Skype for Business 2015

Other Desirable skills

  • Python, Ansible, Virtualisation technologies (Docker, VMWare, KVM)

Responsibilities:

  • Leading implementation, migration documenting all post checks for Unified Communications services.
  • Provisioning lead will own the technical delivery of Tata customer solutions and will be the technical interface between customer, project manager and various delivery teams in rollout phase.
  • Close engagement with TDA, engineering responsible for delivery of Unified Communications services as per agreed design with customer.
  • Lead customer facing migration window. Excellent communication required with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to all levels of competency.
  • Responsible for clean handover to assurance of deliveries
  • Creation of template for and use of automation and orchestration tools
