Veritas is looking for seasoned managers to lead a group of people to deliver key milestones as part of product delivery. The ideal candidates will thrive in a challenging, fast paced agile work environment requiring strong problem solving skills, team collaboration, open communication, and a passion for learning. You would be managing a group of engineers and managing their work on a daily basis and would also be responsible for the execution and delivery of features for the coming milestones.What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

  • Create an execution engine to provide maintenance support for on-prem and SaaS enterprise software products.
  • Min 5 years of management experience in leading mid-size to big engineering teams with focus on software development, execution and delivery
  • Min. 2 years working experience in software development and build environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in managing scrum teams which follow agile methodologies
  • Experience in communicating across geographies and collaborating across teams in different geos
  • Familiar with all aspects of software development lifecycle and processes to drive software delivery
  • Experience in delivering products for the container/docker based applications ecosystem is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Container based architectures/SaaS architecture like docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer science engineering or equivalent.
