Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will be based at R&D Center at plant site near Pune, in kurkumbh , Maharashtra.You will be responsible for:1. Experience from well known Agrochemical Companies and preference will be given fromthose candidates who worked in the companies.2. Experience in search of synthesis of new molecules and Development of multistepsynthesis and optimization for maximum yield and quality.3. Responsible for the preparation of tech packs and comprehensive development reports &technology transfer documents.4. Should be responsible to complete the project with predefined cost and quality within theagreed timelines.5. Should have handle the daily plant production, production monthly planning forcontinuous production of products.6. Should work on process development as well as in production.7. Should plan for the long association with the loyalty and has to become an asset to theorganization.Desired Candidate Profile1.Candidate should be Post-graduate OR Ph.D in organic chemistry. 2. Candidate should have experience in R&D agrochemicals , pesticides , insecticides , new molecules , developing multipurpose synthesis process development and tech transfer.3. Candidate should good in completing developed R&D projects within agreed timelines and cost with best quality .4. Candidate should be able to work on process development and also in plant production ,monthly planning for continuous operation .5.
