Running the division as an independent profit center Maintain healthy OBT for the current FY and also for future based on Organizational strategy Maintain relationship with Customers & other Stakeholders. Responsible for P&L of the SBU in terms of Profitability. Responsible for achieving the Revenue, Order Book (OBT) and Collection targets for the SBU. Execute and communicate the targets for the division - Revenue, Collection, OBT, Gross Contribution. Review monthly financial statement and discuss with MD Monitoring regional business targets site wise Review resource plan, resource utilization data from the regions. Preparation of Annual Business Plan based on inputs from department heads. Identify new business lines and region to target for business development. Attend key client meeting. Assessing the risk of projects. ,
