    Sr. Quality Engineer:5-8 years experience in Automobile CompanySalary unto 4.0 ~5.0 lacsLocation: Urse, PuneJob description:1)Exp. in Automobile Manufacturing Company Specially in Press shop & fabrication - Quality dept,2) Exp.to handle OEM Customer like CAR & BIKE manufacturer Mahindra & TML etc.3)Customer Satisfaction & relationship management4)Layout & Product audit Quality Planning & Execution5)Total responsibility of the quality assurance department ensuring quality of the product leaving our factory in terms meeting drawing spec, customer data spec, workmanship, and aesthetics.6)Fair knowledge of understanding the customer specification, preparing Quality assurance plan, inspection test plan for individual orders.7)Interacting with customer for QA concern with 8D report. Knowledge of Handling customer portal.8)Carrying out incoming inspection for raw materials and brought out items, ensure to adherence of spec.9)Prepare and Maintain welding related inspection & maintain its documents.10)Carryout Calibration activity of Instruments & gauges.11)Carryout and maintain set up, in process inspection and final inspection records.Quality dept. Objectives & related actions with closure report.12) Knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & Other QMS related documentation.13) In depth knowledge of 5 core tools like PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA & APQP.14) Knowledge of handling project related work.15)Closely interact with cross function teams to improve product quality.
