Job Description

  • Create content for MSS or other platforms.
  • Communicate peakon feedback and trends, and engage management on action items.
  • Identify opportunities for social activities at the department level and encouraging managers to do social activities at the team level
  • India lead for events
  • Town hall and offsite coordination and execution
  • Department communications (ie org announcements etc)
  • Peakon Forum representative
  • Manage Corp Tech Confluence page
  • Pulling risk data from dashboards, analyzing and preparing reports
  • Identity Access Management (IAM) Adoption-assist with ensuring app managers are completing required documentation and onboarding as scheduled
  • Assisting with reviewing control issues and policy waivers and providing any needed follow up
  • Assist with High Level Assessments (HLA)
  • Assist with Third Party Governance (TPG)
  • Assist proactively with monthly OKR exceptions and the report prep associated with that
  • Generate the weekly people movement report.
Skills Required
  • Intermediate to advanced excel and power point skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize while staying organized
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Good time management
