Required Experience Bachelor s Degree (BE or BS) in Computer Science / Information Technology (added advantage) Certified with MCITP and CCNA 4 years experience as a systems administrator or similar position with a strong understanding of network fundamentals & system administration practices Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Required Skills Desktop troubleshooting and IT support for local & remote users Experience with supporting Windows Windows XP, Vista, 7 & Office applications (MS Office, OpenOffice) Experience working with help desk management system Using monitoring tools & preventive maintenance techniques Well versed in Inventory / Asset management processes Knowledge of Remote control tools (Logmein, VNC, SSH etc.) Managing L2 / L3 level support for Servers & network infrastructure Expertise in supporting Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 servers Experience with managing Linux servers an added advantage Experience managing virtual environments based on VMware Experience with cloud services like Office 365, Google Apps, Amazon AWS Exposure to Network monitoring application Managing network equipment & managing access policies- Router, Managed switches, Firewalls web filtering Network & systems security audit, backup management & health reporting Education UG: B.Tech/ B.E.
