Roles and Responsibilities

  • HLTO & Press Tool Dies Maintenance Work.
  • Must have Hands on shop floor working knowledge .
  • a) Dies Assembly
  • b) Try-outs & proving the dies
  • c) Achieving the surface part quality
  • d) Achieving the required PIST Level
  • e) Doing tool buyoff & home line try-outs
  • f) Making the documents for tool buyoff
  • Sincere & result oriented
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene for inplant and outside is mandatory.
  • Must be able to properly read the drawings & implement the ECNs
