The Senior BI/ Reports Developer position is an integral part of Customer Success at our client. This person works in concert with a Customer Success Manager to implement our clients EIM solution for new customers as well as manage and make recommendations to customers after implementation. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions. Provide business departments with operational support around existing and newly developed data solutions and reports. Serve as technical subject matter expert in one or more BI/ DW areas such as database modeling, report and dashboard development. Provide input into improving standards and procedures to support quality development, testing, production and operational oversight of the report and dashboard process. Work closely with other departments and peers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions per Business requirements. Skills and Experience Must Have: 6+ years of Experience with report designing and BI. Ability to dive deep on data analysis or technical issues to come up with effective solutions. Experience with Reports Development (Visualization) Experience with BI fundamentals and data summarization techniques Experience with PL/ SQL / R programming would be an added advantage Experience in JasperReports server, report development in Jasper Studio. Hands- on experience in visualize. js framework for Reports Visualization. Experience in GoodData is plus. Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible results (revenue, seller launches, new product features, etc. ). Possesses a passion for business intelligence, analytics and visual design concepts Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others. Summarize key insights for technical and non- technical audiences. Experience communicating with senior management (VP level decision- makers) as well as with colleagues from computer science, machine learning and business backgrounds. Education B. E/ B. Tech in Computer Science, IT from reputed Universities / Colleges.
