This team is responsible for constructing re- usable components for use by our Professional Services organization as well as external partners that requires the skills of a full stack engineer. These re- usable components are strung together to serve the specific needs of our customers and therefore are at the forefront of all that we do. Duties and Responsibilities: The position requires experience in making simple user interfaces out of complex problems that will allow our customers to quickly understand and utilize our platform for the best possible business outcome. Your main responsibilities will be (however will not be limited to): Participate in the evolution of our next generation Proactive Engagement SaaS platform with a primary focus on the capabilities provided in our Customer application runtime environment Ability to work with internal and external users to ensure we are meeting their requirements in the cleanest/ easiest way possible Self- motivated, creative thinking, problem solver at your core Produce deliverables on- time with high quality Work cross- functionally with Professional Services, Operations, and Support as needed to ensure smooth and supportable rollouts to production environments Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing. BS Computer Science or Engineering Required Skills: Java, Experience with JavaScript frameworks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, REST Preferred Skills: Play Framework, Akka, Scala, ScalaJS, NoSQL Databases Nuance offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
