Job Description

    • The MDM Intune administrator s role is to operate and performance-tune Microsoft Endpoint Manager, 0365 applications across the organization to ensure high levels service availability
    • The successful candidate will perform hands-on tasks to troubleshoot, manage and maintain our Intune MDM infrastructure and related tools
    • Our Intune MDM is utilized across the globe; in this role the successful candidate will provide support to our global users and administer our environment
    • Additional focus of this position will involve scaling a highly secure mobile infrastructure and support 0365 applications
    • Troubleshoot Global address list syncing and undelivered message tracking
    • Mailbox creation, permissions creation, modifications
    • To troubleshoot email performance or delegation of access
    • Update, block for incoming address and calendar configuration sharing
    • Power shell scripting for automation of DL member update along with update IP Allow/Block Lists for Incoming Addresses
    • Archive mailbox data export and clean up
    • Configuring SendReceive connectors for controlling mail flow to and from various application servers along with support for exchange mailbox archiving
    • Troubleshoot email connectivity for email users along with Public Folder functionality
    • Manage restore and back up of mailboxes along with PST/OST import and export issue
    • Create/modify existing shared mailboxes, security and distribution groups
    • Create or modify existing rooms and resources along with existing mail tips and OWA troubleshooting
    • Restoration of the service following outage, failures or disasters
    • Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting for issues affecting Office 365 service availability and performance as reported by FQE and/or captured through the monitoring of service components
    • Problem management for escalations to Microsoft under FQE s existing support terms and includes initiation and coordination of support requests
    • Adjust Cloud based Identity Security Controls and permissions to Office 365 Systems and Services as requested
    • Support, configure and troubleshoot Integration with FQEs Directory services
    • User/group management for access to Cloud based Services
    • Remove Existing Users from Office 365 and password reset
    • Manually Force an AD Connect Replication and review AD connect logs
    • Create and maintain scripts to assist with daily operations tasks (i.e. onboarding and offboarding)
    • Manage Sharing, Sync settings, and default storage allocation for One Drive
    • Troubleshoot one drive access and performance along with onboarding and offboarding of users
    • Creation/modification/Move/Delete of user objects and OU & groups
    Major responsibilities:
    • As an Intune L2 engineer, you are responsible for troubleshooting of iOS, Android, HoloLens devices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve related incidents/ requests/problems in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
    • You also convince with your quick comprehension and can contribute to finding solutions through troubleshooting.
    • Intune/AAD User Management, Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment and service administration.
    • Create and maintain related instructions and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
    • You identify with your task, are committed, responsible and show team spirit
    • Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment (Shifts).
