Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a self- motivated and detail oriented professional with the ability to work independently on SSIS for ETL process.Some roles and responsibilitiesThe candidate is responsible for understanding the business process and developing SSIS packages based on the requirement. The candidate needs to work closely with Medline s business analyst and application architect to understand the requirements and produce highly optimized SSIS packages using SQL Server Development Tools. Candidate should also have a good problem solving ability to identify and resolve any issues with the existing SSIS packages. Candidate should adhere to coding standards and best practices. Candidate should be able to contribute and mentor in implementing best practices and documenting them.Skills / Experience:Required skills:3 to 6 years of experience in application development/ integration or with SQL server development.Must have at least 2 years of experience in developing SSIS packages.Must have exposure to at least 1 end- end solution design using SSIS.Should have experience working with PL/ SQL procedures and commands.Should have a strong experience in SQL Server.Should have excellent understanding of MS SQL Server Data Warehousing architecture.Should have good understanding of business processes and functional programming.Good communication skills.Good to have skills:Development experience in Dot Net is a big plus.Experience in BI is a plus.Experience in Product Information Management systems is a plus.Required Skills3 to 6 years of experience in application development/ integration or with SQL server development.Must have at least 2 years of experience in developing SSIS packages.Must have exposure to at least 1 end- end solution design using SSIS.Should have experience working with PL/ SQL procedures and commands.Should have a strong experience in SQL Server.Should have excellent understanding of MS SQL Server Data Warehousing architecture.Should have good understanding of business processes and functional programming.Good communication skills.,
