As a lead Java Developer , you will be part of the ITClient Service Delivery Operational Excellence team. This is a hands - on role,expanding the capabilities and capacity of the Unified Outage Notification toolhelping drive simplification and improved user experience. The Job
Primarily Responsible for java development related to expandingthe capabilities of the Unified Outage Notification Tool.
Hands - on with Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Angular JStechnologies
Hands - on experience with MS SQL Server DB, creating storedprocedures, optimizing and tuning existing queries.
Scale the current code base to follow standard Java architectureand best practices for a web application
Interact cross - functionally with Service Continuity andInnovation teams to enhance the tool and promote adoption of the tool acrossthe Enterprise
Build reports within the tool for self - audit and review
Should be quick learner, result oriented, proactive and ready totake ownership of work.
Ability to multi - task, adapt to changing priorities, meetdeadlines.
Proactively identify automation opportunities with a strongfocus on Data Quality and operational support.
Adapt Dev - Ops model for Testing and Deployment
Able to build Power BI reports
Qualifications &Skills required
4 - 6 years of Hands on coding and design experience on Java(preferably some experience with Java 8)
Good hands on experience on Angular JS, Jasper Reports (orsimilar technologies)
Should have hands on experience on MS SQL Server, Oracle, Pl/SQL
Hands on experience on Web Services (REST and SOAP) & toolslike SOAP UI, POSTMAN REST etc.
Knowledge of version control systems like SVN, GIT.
Strong understanding & experience of working with AgileScrum framework
Good understanding of tools like Atlassian JIRA, Rally, Remedy,Confluence Wiki etc.
Positive Attitude, Strong communication skills , Crossfunctional teaming and collaboration skills
Data driven approach to problem solving, focus on operationalexcellence
MS Office products excel, word, PowerPoint
Data loading through Ad hoc tools and software packages
