Job Description

    Hope you are doing well !As regarding an opportunity for Statutory Audit & Assurance in a Big 5 company - Mumbai & PuneJob Profile:This is JD, you can refer the same to understand requirement.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training
    • Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functionalrelationships
    • Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
    • Assurance Review of the financial statements
    • Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
    • Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
    • Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting standards
    • Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members
    • Work under strict timelines and at client locations
    Desired Profile:
    • 5-7 years of experience in assurance practice
    • Qualified CA / ACCA + B. Com / M. Com / MBA(Finance)
    • Client facing experience preferred
    • Willingness to travel
    Skill Set: -
    • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
    • Good team management and interpersonal skills
