  • Indent received from site engineer Or purchase dept
  • Check the material in stock or not
  • Receive incoming goods as per invoice Qty also tally with PO
  • When pipes received then checklist prepared
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
  • Check the invoice rates as per PO rates
  • Total indent material arrange and sending it to site
  • Arrange the Transport for dispatch the material
  • Give all direction to transporter about deliver of material
  • Maintain our transporter km details
  • Storage and preservation of material
