Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!Education DME/BE in Mechanical or production with minimum 7 yrs to 15 yrs experience in PPC Department with similar industry.Job profile:- Reporting to management about the monthly Forecast.- Knowledge of manufacturing setup for production & acting as manufacturing consultant.- Directly responsible for all kind of welding related set-up, issues, welder training, welder qualification.- Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.- Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.- Vendor evaluation, selection & registration.- Implemented T.P.M T.Q.M and Kaizen for Process/ productivity improvement.- Achieving targets defined in Key Performance Indicators.- Knowledge of Laser & Plasma cutting, Punching, Bending and Heavy Fabrication ProcessSalary range between 4.2 to 5 Lacs/annumRegards,HR Team
