Required Skills With at least 2 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors must have experience implementing Employee Central module proven track record managing project implementation With business processes and leading industry practices in HR processes With knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors Demonstrate ability to communicate project goals and objectives project status and deliverables with senior executives With experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM With experience in Agile Sprint Iteration methodologies a plus With strong verbal and written communication skills Self motivating and be able to plan your own work With PMP certification or equivalent and total exp of 12 years Job Responsibilities Define and manage the deliverables of all teams to meet engagement objectives and budget Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders business users SME IT development team and vendors Manage risk quality timeline and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Manage program plan and roadmap for assigned client Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings Estimate total effort for all the teams Manage team onboarding logistics issues coordinate with stakeholders and act as a conduit between project team members vendors and stakeholders Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams,
