Job Description

    Technology Skills: Windows Operating System trouble shooting (Software, Hardware, drivers) Application installation and trouble shooting PC connectivity and troubleshooting LAN monitoring and support Windows server administrating and trouble shooting Network Connectivity trouble shooting Hardware and software maintenance Basics of networkingExperience and other skills: Minimum 3 Years of IT support experience. Very good communication written and verbal. Good trouble shooting skills (Remote and On prem) Understanding end-users pains and ability to supporting them in time. Network and Server management. User management, Active directory, replication, failover, etc. Knowledge on network protocol, topology. Administering Routers, Switches and APs.Nice to have: Any certification in Networking or Server Management etc. Usage of IT support tools ITIL process Basics of Office 365 Exposure to other OS such as Unix, Linux etc. Administering cloud computing, VMWare, and Hypervisor. Administering backup and storage solution.Key Responsibilities: To monitor and administer client environment To provide end user support to US clients Telephonic support starting from 7:30AM India time Assist the user in fixing the issues reported Collaborate with the teams for issue resolutions Willing to work on Rotational Shift (US Business hours)
