Job Description

    • The EO&T Chief Administrative Office (EO&T CAO) is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators and stakeholders. With responsibility for Risk and Control, Quality Assurance, Transformation, O&T Regulatory Standards and Communication and the O&T Chief Data Office, the EO&T CAO enables the organization to execute on O&T s Vision and Strategy.
    • This transformation work is critical and will require an individual who is able to drive change and support the Data Governance Office in the re-engineering of the data control framework for the enterprise. In addition, the adoption of the control framework across the enterprise and monitoring for adherence.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive the rollout of new Data Quality controls as defined by the Enterprise Chief Data Office.
    • Work across all business functions to define the key control monitoring metrics, assess controls, monitor issues, review of all key processes and drive changes when needed.
    • Support the data risk and control program for the organization including executing the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools, and reporting that provide global risk management consistency and excellence.
    • Participate in various regulatory remediation and strategic initiatives, focused on ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening control processes.
    • Develop procedural implementation, controls, and change management process with appropriate teams to ensure proper governance and controls exist.
    • Ensure compliance with Data Governance Policy and Standards that are continually being refined and developed. Partner with O&T to drive their adoption using a risk-based prioritization.
    • Help refine the existing Procedures to further support the implementation of the Data Governance Policy and Standards in alignment with the Data Controls.
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years experience in Risk & Controls, preferably in financial services; Experience managing large projects in complex operational environments.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization. Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions. Proven track record and accountability in making quick decision that have an immediate impact on business financials.
    • Excellent communication skills required to facilitate reviews with senior stakeholders and control partners.
    • Effective organizational influencing skills required.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
    • Working knowledge of Citi Risk & Controls and iCAPs a plus
    • Prior experience working in Risk organization; good understanding of risk assessment, identification, and mitigation and issues management
    • Data risk mgmt. experience and/or experience in Operations & Technology risk mgmt. a plus
    • Ability to work independently but also in a collaborative environment to achieve the objectives
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and demonstrated analytical skills
